HRH Amina Temitope Ajayi (aka Mama Diaspora) is a US-based Nigerian business consultant, who is also an accountant by training, a social entrepreneur and an ardent community activist. She is well known for promoting women empowerment and poverty eradication in Africa through Agrobusiness.

She was the former President of All Nigerian American Congress (ANAC). Her efforts and continued advocacy on the Nigerian Diaspora issues earned her the moniker Mama Diaspora, an iconic inspiration of hope and love.

Mama Diaspora, as she is fondly called, was recently honoured at the National Association of Online Security News Publishers (NAOSNP) Dinner and Awards 2020, held at the NERDC Conference Centre, Alausa-Ikeja, Lagos, where she bagged the NAOSNP Lifetime Achievement in Humanitarian Support and Security Award.

Chief Temitope Ajayi is the recipients of several high-profile international honours and awards: For her service to African communities in the US, Chief Ajayi was awarded the President’s Volunteer Service Award issued by President George W. Bush, which is a national prize under the patronage of the President of the United States recognizing voluntary engagement.

She was appointed as an Ambassador of Goodwill for the State of Arkansas and Maryland, USA. A delegated representative of the National Council of Women Societies (N.C.W.S) at the last 2014 Nigeria’s National Conference Abuja and served in the Confab’s Committee on Agriculture.

She was recently nominated for the inaugural Forbes/Know Your Value 50 over 50. A list of women who are breaking barriers and achieving Success after the age of 50.

She is also nominated as an FLC peace ambassador Icon.
